We called Siberian colour-points – Neva Masquerade,
storing our admiration of their garments into our words. Leningrad’s
cat club “Kotofey” noticed them first, picked them out and
received first generation of kittens. It was hard to pick up first producers
because there were many of them. Among Leningrad’s population,
significant contribution was made by male Mars SIN N 2133 and his multiple
offspring. Moscow also had many excellent first cats, which were certified
as Siberians according to their phenotype and entered selection fond
of Neva Masquerade cats – Siberian Colour-Points. |
